Every year, the efforts of numerous employees, interns and volunteers make Film Fest Gent into a success. On this page we regularly post job opportunities and calls for internships and volunteers.
Internships
Film Fest Gent is based in Ghent and relies on a permanent team of nine employees. Closer to the festival, the team expands to 50 employees and 250 volunteers. Film Fest Gent has an open and informal business culture based on collaboration and respect. We believe in the durability and strength of a diverse team.
Volunteering at Film Fest Gent
Each year, Film Fest Gent relies on a large and diverse team of enthusiastic volunteers to help bring the festival to life. Volunteers ensure a warm welcome for the audience at the various festival venues, assist with the organization of events, support the promotion of the festival, and help guide international film guests. Volunteering at Film Fest Gent is a great way to meet fellow film lovers and enjoy a behind-the-scenes experience. Interested in helping out?
