Visit Film Fest Gent as a group
Planning a group visit
On 17 September 2026, we will announce the festival programme and you can choose among all the film titles. Take a look at the Sections & Tags that divide the films into categories and themes to make the choice easier for your group.
Are you planning a group trip with more than 20 people and do you want to plan the visit well in advance? Please contact tickets@filmfestival.be. We are happy to help you. We can check if a title can be chosen before September 21.
Dive deeper into the film together
Most of the films shown at the festival have at least one screening which we introduce or conclude with a Q&A or talk with the director or another film guest. This way, we offer extra context and depth to the film and its development. You will find them in the programme marked with the mention 'GUEST'. During the festival, you can enjoy the Film Fest Talkies, the talkshow in the Film Fest Café at Kinepolis, almost every day.
Group rates
Online ticket sales will start on 17 September and from then onwards, you can also visit the Tickets Gent desk. Consult our rates here.
Groups enjoy a discounted rate by using our multiple ticket packs. Multiple ticket packs are not personalised and can therefore be shared in groups. Please note: the packs are not a valid admission ticket, but serve as a voucher for the purchase of tickets. Movie tickets can be booked online or at the box office with the ticket code, until the credit of the pack is used up. Multiple ticket packs cannot be used for the opening film, closing film, concerts, Videodroom or special events.
