Blake and Francis Falls, Siamese twins, are preparing their birthday party in a miserable hotel room in a little village where they hope to find their mother, who left them at birth. They invite Penny, a beautiful young lady who is dreaming of a modelling career. At first, Penny is confused by the view of the conjoined brothers and does not know how to react. Bit by bit Penny comes closer to the twins and stays to nurse Francis, who’s the illest of the two. Furthermore, she feels attracted to Blake. A disaster develops when a surgeon announces that a surgical separation is the only solution. This separation will save the life of one of them, but will end that of the other one. The dilemma is torturing Penny. She understands the close ties between the brothers, but doesn’t want to loose Blake…
