Ten-year-old Andreas is very proud to tell his classmates that he has lived all over the world, because his parents are very important scientists. Vero, the girl next door, whom he has become friends with, thinks his parents are weirdoes. When she starts asking him questions about their job he can’t answer them. He doesn’t know what they do exactly or who they are working for; the only thing he knows is that it has something to do with microbiology. After eavesdropping on them, he is convinced that his parents are extraterrestrials. Or is it only childlike imagination?
