13-year-old Justin lives with his father Dieudonné in Brussels. He is a brilliant student and finds it difficult to accept his situation as an illegal citizen. For him his future lies in Belgium. His big example is Emile M’Penza, the Congolese football player who has got the Belgian nationality. To watch a match of the Red Devils, Justin pirates the cable television distribution, but he disturbs the image of the neighbours from downstairs and they call the police. Dieudonné and his son flee, but the police arrest Dieudonné. Justin desperately wants to prevent his father from being expulsed. He meets a truck driver, Frans, who contacts a lawyer to find Dieudonné’s trace. But it’s too late: he has been put on a plane. Frans advises Justin to take action …
