Pic is a city in a dark and tensile resignation future. A future in which drawing on walls is an act of civil disobedience punishable by torture and hard punishment. Theo lives in Pic and is an artist. Each night he goes out in the streets to draw and so risking his life. His illustrations are always whitewashed away the day after by the authorities. One night he meets Elia, a young woman as lost as he is. She also draws. It’s the start of a strange and passionate love affair, in a world where freedom is a forgotten notion. Theo eludes capture but when Elia is arrested he takes a decision that will affects his future. He deliberately has himself arrested…
