A Thousand Clouds of Peace Fence The Sky, Love; Your Being Love Will Never End (Mil nubes de paz cercan el cielo, amor; jamás acabarás de ser amor)

During five days, Gerardo, a teenage homosexual, roams the streets of Mexico City in search for someone able to reveal the secret hidden between lines of a goodbye letter left behind by Bruno, a furtive lover that has transformed his existence after only a couple of encounters. In this journey through barren alleys and roadways hi is confronted by people that have forgotten their need to be loved and to love, that are unable to give the affection he so desperately needs to keep alive. The locations emptiness, the intriguing black and white photography, the silences en the dead-pan acting of Juan Carlos Artuño remembers on early Jarmush and Cassavetes films.
