Ralph Vandamme (°1999, Aalst) is Assistant Programmer and Print Traffic Manager at Film Fest Gent, where he got his start at the Explore Zone youth jury of 2020. Before that, he was Commercial Assistant Film Funding at Lunanime, the production house of the Belgian arthouse group Lumière. Ralph also joined De Ensors in recent years as a production assistant, a presenter at Studio Brussels, and an internship at streaming platform VRT MAX. As a critic, he is part of the film collective Kuleshov, a radio program dedicated to film and cinema that provides introductions to various film festivals, among other things.
