Ralph Vandamme

Ralph Vandamme is a Belgian film professional working across film festivals, distribution, and production. He is currently Production Coordinator Film Festivals at Fonk vzw, overseeing production planning for Kortfilmfestival Leuven and DOCVILLE.

From 2022 to 2025, he worked as Assistant Programming & Print Traffic Manager at Film Fest Gent, contributing to film selection and coordinating print traffic for hundreds of screenings. His earlier experience includes roles at distributor Paradiso Films, postproduction studio Break Up Editing Studio, and as production lead on the documentary feature Little Monster (2026) by Glenn Dumortier.

Ralph is also active in film curation and criticism through Kuleshov radio and served on the preselection committee of the Aegean Film Festival. He holds a Master’s degree in Film and Television Studies (magna cum laude) from Ghent University.
