Your own movie theatre and reception area for your guests: from 140 to 544 persons.
Smaller groups can join one of our all-in packages: from 4 to 140 persons.

Film Fest Gent can offer you an all-in VIP package for a group as small as 4 people, where your networking event is taken care of from A to Z. You join one of the avant-premiere VIP evenings.

Private events

For groups from 130 to 550 people you can reserve a complete cinema room with an exclusively reserved VIP reception area during Film Fest Ghent . This gives you and your organization the opportunity to show a promotional spot or presentation on a large screen and the option to personalize the exclusive cinema room and the reserved VIP reception area.

VIP formulas film music

In addition to film, Film Fest Gent also has a focus on film music.

The film festival programs unique symphonic concerts in which film music plays the leading role. You also have the option to reserve a concert with reception for your guests at the concerts by Brussels Philharmonic conducted by Maestro Dirk Brossé. The concerts will be held at Music Center De Bijloke.
