Drag & drama queens

The queens of House of Lux are set to infuse the red carpet with an explosion of colour, a fitting tribute to Les reines du drame, the debut film from French director Alexis Langlois. This dazzling musical queer melodrama, brimming with cult and pop culture references, boldly claims its place as one of the year's most arresting films. A contender for the Queer Palm at the Cannes Film Festival, Les reines du drame stands as a hyper-stylized homage to Europop and its iconic divas.

Langlois' audacious, genderqueer spectacle perfectly complements the mission of House of Lux, a Ghent-based drag collective dedicated to creating an inclusive and celebratory space where self-expression can thrive.
