Underjordens hemlighet

Nisse, a 10-year-old boy who, as a result of a severe allergy attack, is confined to hospital! in the middle of summer. Life in hospital! is dismal until he meets Lelie, a 12-year-old patient and rebel, and the enfant terrible of the hospital. Lelie has a plan, a project, a dream. At first Lelie brusquely refuses to have anything to do with Nisse, but they soon become friends and he makes Nisse a partner in his project. Their purpose is a noble one: to ameliorate starvation in the world.
