Belgian Director, Vincent Bal’s feature film debut is a romantic and funny coming-of-age story. A story we all know. After his father’s death, 13-year-old Victor is sent to his aunt and uncle at the sea side to come to terms with the situation. Victor is desperately looking for his First Kiss, but when that First Kiss comes too close, he seeks refuge in his imagination, becoming “The Iron Man who has no emotions, because tears will make him rust”. Once at the sea side he meets 13-year-old girl, Fania. Not even an Iron Man can resist this girl for very long…
