L'Eau chaude, l'eau frette

Edition 1992
94' - 1976 - Drama - Dialogue: French
Director: André Forcier Composer: André Duchesne With: Jean Lapointe, Jean Pierre Bergeron, Sophie Clément
This is a film about Polo for whom his friends throw an extravagant party. F0lo is the kingpin of the neighborhood, the strongest and the richest, the shylock who cashes in on the misery of these around him. Always the opportunist, he can't quite deny his feelings of tenderness for the ethers, his victim. The others are a variety of characters who stick together in their daily battle for survival and who love each other without being able to express it. Anyway, these kinds of things are referred to only indirectly, if at all. Love and hate and all the feelings in between are experienced, not talked about.
