Ntuku Makwena, a South African tribesman, finds one of his twin daughters murdered. Masaba killed her for her blood, which he must drink to win back his title as stick fighting champion. Makwena murders Masaba and is arrested. Tom Davis investigates the case, and his wife, Marion, takes interest in Makwena's plight. Makwena is sentenced to two years of hard labor, and, when he is released, he returns to his village and kills the witch doctor who prescribed the potion for Masaba. The village is then free from the power of the witch doctor, and Makwena goes to Johannesburg to clear his name with the help of Tom and Marion Davis.
