Into one end of the Paris airport of Roissy-Charles de Gaulle enters the delightfully arch Rose, a beautician with a cheap ticket to Mexico City. Trying to hide behind her obsessively applied make-up, she’s running away from a boyfriend she no longer loves. Into the other end of the terminal comes Félix, an exhausted businessman travelling from the United States to Munich. He’s on his way to a funeral and the woman he loves. Neither of them is in any condition (or mood) for an encounter, but, funny thing, they just keep running into each other! Coincidence or kismet – it doesn’t matter – these two are on a collision course.
