Professional accreditation

Starting August 1, film professionals wishing to attend the festival (8 -19 October) can apply for accreditation through their personal MyFFG profile on this website. The deadline for the accreditation application is 2 October 2025.

Rates

  • Early Bird rate: €100 (member of professional association €80)
  • From September 15: € 115 (member of professional association € 95)

Are you a member of one of the following professional associations: Belgian Screen Composers Guild, Belgian Society of Cinematographers (SBC), Belgian Association for Visual Effects Artists (BVX), Flanders Doc, Montage.be, Union of Directors, SABAM-members, De Acteursgilde, Flemish Independent Film & Television Producers (VOFTP) or Flemish Scenarists Guild, then you pay € 80 per accreditation (from Sept. 15, € 95).

Only local and international film professionals who prove they have been active in the sector during the last five years can apply for an accreditation.

This accreditation grants you:

  • access to the press screenings from Tuesday, October 7 through Saturday, October 18
  • access to the Press & Industry Office at Kinepolis
  • access to the online VOD library with a selection of festival films
  • access to the press & industry events such as the film and film music masterclasses and panels
  • the possibility to book a ticket for the public screenings from October 9 to Saturday, October 18, based on availability. One day before the start of the screening you can reserve one free ticket per film online via MyFFG or at the P&I Office.

How to apply for a professional accreditation?

Starting August 1, you can apply for accreditation through your personal MyFFG profile.

As soon as your application is approved, you will receive a voucher that will allow you to pick up your accreditation from October 7, 2025 at the Press & Industry Office, open from 8:30 to 19:00 at Kinepolis Gent (Ter Platen 12).
