FilmFix launches first edition at FFG26

At Film Fest Gent, FilmFix – the new sister magazine of the French-language Surimpressions – is launching its first official issue, having already published a pilot issue during Cannes 2026.
On Wednesday 14 October, you can attend the magazine’s live launch at the Film Fest Café during the live broadcast of Urgent.fm (between 18:00 and 20:00). Afterwards, FilmFix editor-in-chief Ruben Nollet will introduce the screening of Minotaur (19:30 – Kinepolis 4) in the presence of Minotaur actress Iris Lebedeva.
From October, FilmFix will be available free of charge every six weeks at cinemas, cultural centres, theatres, concert halls, bars and restaurants, and bookshops. FilmFix is also a website featuring, amongst other things, reviews of all new films.
