This is a comedy love-story about the lives of the young Muscovites today. Vera, a beautiful TV newsreader, meets and falls in love with Tim, an advertising creative. Luckily, he falls in love with her also. They have much in common: they are under-paid, overworked and severely stressed. Tim and Vera’s relationship seems to have some healing power for them as their love grows stronger, but on the day of their first anniversary dinner, Vera comes home to find Tim in bed with Uloomji – a young Kalmyk male. And then the events begin to spin well out of the control of the heroes and the whirlwind pace of modern-day Moscow, never allows them a moment to pause, think, understand …
