Whisper (Septej)

Do not look for our film to solve anything. Do not look for it to help you get a handle on the problems of today's young generation, or to pinpoint the weakness of contemporary teenagers. Do not look for it to focus on their shortcomings, or on the way they thoughtlessly kill time over a cup of tea. Do not look for it to nail the idle city youths, who thrash around in money trouble, caused by their dependency on drugs. Moreover, do not look for psychedelic visions, hard uninhibited sex, or a soundtrack punched up with heavy metal. Our film reflects the way we are. It tells the stories of our friends, stories which may or may not have happened. (David Ondricek)
