The Wild Dogs

Diplomat Victor, suffering from terminal cancer, befriends reluctant Canadian pornographer Geordie and shepherds the younger man through the scandalous excesses of Bucharest's wealthy indulgent elite. While touring with his three-foot-tall guide Radu, Geordie finds his camera distracted by beggars and Gypsy children. An unwanted little boy unleashes a storm of emotions that lay hidden under the surface of Victor's family. Meanwhile, Bogdan's desperate attempt to secretly house a pack of unwanted dogs unearths a fury of rage and pathos from every citizen of this beautiful, crumbling city.
