Kærlighed ved første hik (Love at Frist Hiccough!)

Billed as a Danish ‘American Pie’, this film details Scandinavian rituals of dating, rejection, and having sex. Sixteen-year-old Victor has the hots for the comely Anja, who is not only two years older than him, but has a Porsche-driving boyfriend named Peter. Victor manages to persuade Anja and her best friend Gitte to come to a party he is throwing. But when he asks her to dance, he gets overwhelmed by an attack of the hiccups. Victor overhears Peter telling Gitte of his plan to deflower the still virginal Anja. Our plucky protagonist soon foils Peter's dastardly scheme, and soon Anja awakens to the charm of Victor.
