This short film is part of Launch Kortfilm.be 3.0.
A ship floats in the middle of an endless sea. On board, we find five crew members: three Dutch and two Filipino sailors. They all struggle with boredom - some overcome it, others escape into a parallel world ruled by dreams. Elephantfish lures the viewer into an isolated space, guarded by the freedom of the distant horizon. The only escape from this confinement is found in thoughts and dreams.
