The underground FM radio "Boom 92" possesses a single mike, plenty of cockroaches and a gang of restless reporters. One of them is "Black", an anarchistic radio DJ who, together with the charismatic rock singer Luna, shakes up the government of a city that is already on the verge of disintegration. As his subversive message gets transmitted to the rebellious youth of the city, the police decide that the rock music is dangerous and send helicopters to track down the mobile pirates of the airwaves.
