The Ministry of Pleasure, formerly known as Ministry of Economy, is responsible for a constant growth of the Net Pleasure. We meet the Minister preparing a conference to lay down the basic premises of his economic leadership. He is supported by his giver Energy--visionaries. In the very moment when everything is ready for the final fixing up of the Net Pleasure, the minister disappears. There are several speculations about his whereabouts and the film follows every hint.
