Castelnuovo del Abate, a Tuscan village clinging to a rocky peak. It is the time of the olive harvest. Muffled up in heavy sweaters, peasants of both sexes are up on wide ladders, to do the picking. At the top of this little village with stone houses and cobbles live five Augustine monks, who carne there from France five years ago in order to bring the monastery back to life. (pressbook)
