Intern/Volunteer (V/M/X) Venue Coördinator
What are your tasks?
You work closely with the programming team and the guest services team.
In the lead-up to the festival you work together with the programming team on the making of detailed daily schedules.
Together with the projectionists, you ensure the smooth running of all screenings at Kinepolis, including press screenings as well as public and private screening.
You oversee the technical aspects of the introductions and Q&A’s during screenings.
You assist in coordinating moderators and guests before and after screenings
If an issue arises in the screening room, you contact the responsible person and/or the programming team and actively help find a solution
