When viewing this film, the audience should know that it was shot 20 years ago (in April and May 1970) I.e. two years after, the events that not only rocked Paris and nearly all of Europe but the USA as well. It is a film made without a written script, working only from a basic plan regarding the characters. When shooting, the situation was for two people to meet and talk about things which were in some way, connected with two other characters, Cohn and Frédérique, who, without either knowing of the other, were both following a parallel path.
