“Living in Oblivion” focuses on one mishap-laden day on the set of Nick Reve's independent low-budget movie. His crew, although cooperative, verges on the inept and is comprised of dumb hunk cinematographer Wolf; bossy assistent director Wanda, who has chosen this most inauspicious of moments to break off her relationship with Wolf and a trio of dolts on sound, boom and gaffing who bear more than a passing resemblance to The Three Stooges. Nick’s actors are also problematic: there's his leading lady, Nicole with whom he is secretly in love, and, fresh from Hollywood, the unbearable Chad Palomino.
