The Rashevski are a Jewish, very liberal family. When Rosa, the grandmother, dies, everything seems to go wrong in the family. Rosa hated religion and the rabbis. But she bought a burial site in the Jewish square of the cemetery and the Rashevski are completely lost. They realise they don't even know how to bury her. They miss het already, and the burial is only the beginning of their new life without Rosa. Indeed, the Rashevski start to raise questions about their identities and live out their very personal adventures. as if their existences were not already complicated enough. But luckily, they still have the tango. That is something that their grandmother has always taught them: "When everything seems to be going wrong, dance the tango". A tender, light-hearted, funny and serious film!
