WSA Industry Programme
Each year Film Fest Ghent organises the WSA Industry Programme: the networking event for both young and established international film (music) professionals to gain insight into new developments, to be part of inspiring discussions and to meet colleagues in the field.
Young international film music talents have the chance to participate in the WSA Film Music Composition Contest. At the World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert the winner is awarded the prestigious Sabam Award for Best Original Composition by a Young Composer.
Film Fest Ghent and Brussels Philharmonic collaborate to give the film music fans an impressive WSA Album each year. The compilation album honours world-renowned film composers whose music deserves the spotlight.
