Shot entirely on analogue cameras, Mark Jenkins' 'Bait' invites the viewer to delve into a world of fear and disgust poured into a small fishers' town in Cornwall. Two local brothers have seen their quiet hamlet attract more tourists lately, much to their chagrin. Their childhood home has been transformed into an Airbnb, Londoners take up all the parking spaces, and they can't even enjoy a pint in the pub anymore without the presence of drunk tourists on their pub crawls. As more and more tourists arrive in town, the brothers' frustrations rise.
