Intern Planning Interviews
What will you be doing?
Supporting the guest office and press office by coordinating and planning the many interviews during the festivals
During this internship you will meet journalists, distributors and guests
Handling interview requests and planning them (by mail or telephone)
Creating daily schedules and updating them in close collaboration with the guest office
Making sure the timing and restrictions of the interviews are respected
Coordinating the interview supervisors
What is your profile?

You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, by speech and by letter. Knowledge of French is a plus

An interesting work experience within an international festival context.
This unpaid internship can be done voluntary or as a part of your education. The internship starts in September and runs until the end of October 2023. Keep work during the evenings and weekends in mind.
