  • Following up the membership of the WSAcademy.

What's your profile?

FFG supports equality and diversity and prioritises knowledge, experience and motivation regardless of sex, origin or age.

  • As the coordinator's right-hand you have a hands-on mentality and aren't afraid of a challenge.
  • You work independent, but are also a team player.
  • You embrace the tasks given to you and help other colleagues if necessary.
  • You work systematic, precise and are good at maintaining oversight.
  • You know how to organise and are a born entrepeneur.
  • You're discrete.
  • You're not afraid to make phone calls.
  • Because of the high work pressure during the months leading up and during the festival professionality, flexibillity and stress resistance are very important.
  • You have knowledge on music (solfège) and film and by preference you also have some experience on music production.
  • Affinity with the cultural industry is a plus, but your motivation is most important.
