Make a one-minute movie about the European Union and win!

Waaris.eu challenges people to make a movie of 60 seconds about the European Union. What does the EU mean to you? What impact does it have on your daily life? Possibly your one-minute movie will appear at the Ghent Film Festival. Prizes to win are € 2500 and a digital FLIP camera!
Submit your entry before the 31st of August 2010. From this day until the 17th of October 2010 you can vote online for your favourite movie.
A professional jury will choose the winner. The winner of the audience award will be determined by online voting. Both winners receive a mini HD FLIP camera. The winner of the jury award wins € 1500. The audience award is worth € 1000. The award ceremony will take place at the Ghent Film Festival.
The jury for the best one-minute movie Waaris.eu is represented by the Pascal Decroos Fund, Journalismfund.eu, the Flemish Dissertation Award, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts and the Flanders International Film Festival Ghent.
Waaris.eu is an initiative of the Pascal Decroos Fund and is supported by the Flemish government.
